How I Work
I provide one-to-one therapeutic sessions for children, young people, and adults, as well as sessions for families. All sessions are conducted remotely, allowing clients to access support from the comfort and privacy of their own homes. In addition, I offer bespoke wellbeing packages designed to meet the specific needs of schools and businesses, as well as sessions for parents to help target challenging behaviours or anxiety in their child.

Initial Session
Following a telephone consultation, if you would like to go ahead with therapy I would invite you to an initial assessment which will last approximately 60-90mins. This will enable me to understand more about your difficulties and how I can support you.
If you are enquiring about a bespoke package, staff training, team wellbeing strategies then an initial consultation can be done via telephone or video call.

Therapy Sessions
If we agree that CBT is the right type of therapy for you, then we will book you in for an initial block of therapy. Therapy sessions typically last for 50 minutes and you will be offered between 8-18 sessions depending on your needs.
