EXPERIENCE
I am a fully qualified Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and member of the BABCP (The British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists) and BPS (British Psychological Society). I have almost eighteen years of experience supporting children, young people, and families across educational and therapeutic settings. I specialise in delivering tailored CBT interventions both individually and in groups, online and in person, to help young people overcome challenges and build resilience. I currently have availability for remote therapy only.
I also work with adults in therapeutic, supervisory, and facilitative roles, bringing a compassionate and client-centred approach to all aspects of my practice. Over the years I have gained experience delivering wellbeing strategies to organisations and helping to promote better mental health within the workplace.
A little bit more about me...
I am a fully qualified Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with almost 18 years of experience working with children and young people in both educational and therapeutic settings. My work is deeply rooted in my passion for supporting children and families, ensuring that every child feels heard, understood, and empowered, no matter their background.
Outside of work, I love expressing my creativity through reading, writing, cooking, and art. I also enjoy long walks and cuddles with my French bulldog, Buster. I consider myself to have a good sense of humour which comes in handy when my middle ear implants (which I wear for bilateral hearing loss) set off shop alarms! Though my children would argue that I’m not funny at all! At 12 and 16 they keep me up to date with the world and my firsthand knowledge of Roblox, Sephora and the latest TikTok trends is definitely helpful when connecting with teenagers and young people!
Ultimately, at the heart of everything I do is a commitment to making a difference. Whether it's through therapy, advocacy, or community work, my goal is always to empower children and families to thrive.

I currently offer remote one-to-one Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. While I specialise in working with children and young people, I also work with adults of all ages and can provide blended family work when appropriate. My areas of expertise include anxiety disorders, panic, depression, self-harm, low self-esteem, trauma, and body image concerns. I also have extensive experience working with neurodiverse individuals, parenting strategies, supervisory roles and staff wellbeing strategies.
